Why We’re Starting This Blog

After years of helping clients validate ideas and build products, we’ve accumulated knowledge that we believe can help others on their entrepreneurial journey. Whether you’re a first-time founder or an experienced entrepreneur, we hope you’ll find value in what we share.

A Practical Approach

We believe in being practical and honest. You won’t find fluff or generic advice here. Every article will be based on real experiences and actionable insights.

Here’s a simple example of how we approach problem-solving — our quick idea scoring framework:

Factor Weight Your Score (1-10)
Market Size 40% ___
Low Competition 30% ___
Unique Value 30% ___

How to use it:

  1. Rate each factor from 1 (poor) to 10 (excellent)
  2. Multiply each score by its weight
  3. Add them up for your final score

Example: “AI-powered meal planning app for busy parents”

Factor Score Why?
Market Size 8 Millions of busy parents, growing market
Low Competition 5 Many meal apps exist, but few AI-focused
Unique Value 7 AI personalization is strong, but not revolutionary

Calculation: (8 × 0.4) + (5 × 0.3) + (7 × 0.3) = 3.2 + 1.5 + 2.1 = 6.8

Verdict: Below 7 — the idea has potential, but needs stronger differentiation before investing months of development. Maybe focus on a specific niche (e.g., parents of kids with allergies)?

Score above 7? → Promising, worth validating further Score below 7? → Needs refinement before investing time

It’s simple, but it forces you to think critically about the fundamentals before falling in love with your idea.
